We have a flat/level driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars, perfect for those Winter months (no treacherous steep driveway here!!). 

We are happy to welcome infants, however please note that our home is NOT baby-proofed or baby-safe and our stairs/stair-railing can not accommodate a "baby gate". Guests who bring infants accept all risks and responsibilities.  

Close to the Lake, Marinas, both ski resorts, Convention Center, Hiking Trails, + The Village!

We have set our maximum occupancy at 6 guests, however we do on occasion make exceptions if the additional guests are 6 months or younger (addition guest fees apply); PRIOR AUTHORIZATION from us, the hosts, is required to bring more 6 guests.

We are happy to welcome younger guests, however please note that our home is ideal for children ages 7+. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

NO ANIMALS. Please note we do NOT permit animals for personal health/allergy reasons; therefore, our home is EXEMPT from the usual policy/policies pertaining to Emotional Support Animals/Service Animals. Animals of any type (pets, ESA, etc.) are not permitted. Guests who violate this rule will forfeit their entire $500 security deposit and will be responsible for any additional fees/costs incurred related to damage and the like. 

NO SMOKING.  Please note, we do NOT permit smoking of any substance/kind (e.g., vaping, cigars, cigarettes, marijuana) inside or outside. Guests who do not abide by this rule will forfeit their entire security deposit, plus be responsible for any additional cleaning/repair related expenses. 

Our family loves all things adventure! We prefer to be outside and particularly love spending time in Big Bear Lake. Our cabin holds a very special place in our hearts and we are so excited to share our happy place with our guests!
